We are looking for an Email Infrastructure & Deliverability Specialist who will take ownership of our email ecosystem, from infrastructure and sender reputation to optimization and scaling.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining technical expertise, experimentation, and marketing performance. You will have the freedom to build, test, and improve systems that directly impact business growth.

What you’ll do

• Build and scale email sending infrastructure from the ground up
• Manage SMTP infrastructure, sending domains, servers, and IP pools
• Develop and execute domain and IP warm-up strategies
• Improve inbox placement and sender reputation across different email providers
• Monitor and optimize deliverability metrics, bounce rates, and campaign performance
• Work with high-volume email operations (around 20M emails/month)
• Run experiments, A/B tests, and infrastructure optimizations to improve results
• Configure and troubleshoot email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
• Analyze campaign data and identify opportunities for growth
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Performance teams to scale email channels

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years of experience in email marketing, CRM, deliverability, or email infrastructure
• Hands-on experience managing high-volume email sending environments
• Strong understanding of:SMTP infrastructure
• ESP platforms (SendGrid, AWS SES, or similar)
• IP and domain reputation management
• Email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
• DNS configuration and blacklist monitoring
• Bounce handling and deliverability optimization
• Experience with segmentation, automation, and performance-driven email campaigns
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to make decisions based on data
• Ability to work independently and take full ownership of projects
• English level B2 or higher
